Commercial Cows
The
cowherd of BV numbers almost 8,000. This herd was developed
by our founder, Moyses de Freitas and is presently managed
by Carla de Freitas. Fernando Andrade, one of Brasil's most
respected vets and advisors has been involved in building
the superior genetics of the BV cowherd for 12 years.
Regarded
as one of Brazi 's finest herds of Commercial Cows, cattle
producers from around the world have admired the cowherd,
and commented it is hard to imagine the quality of the
cows for numbering 8,000. Deep bodied ruminants, easy keeping
and bred to survive the heat of North Western Brazil, with
rich soil to produce rich grasses to fatten the cattle
narutally.
